Who we are
GoatWorks Ltd. ("Tracture", "we") runs this website and the Tracture waitlist. Contact: info@tracture.app. Mailing address: 4419 Centennial Blvd, Unit #629, Colorado Springs, CO 80907, United States.
What we collect
- Your email address, when you join the waitlist.
- When you signed up, which version of the sign-up wording you saw (including the box you ticked to confirm you're 18 or older and agree to emails), and when you confirmed. This is our record that you agreed.
- Whether you've unsubscribed, and whether an email to you bounced or was reported as spam.
This site has no cookies, ad trackers, or analytics.
Why, and our legal basis
We use your email address only to send you updates about Tracture: confirmation of your sign-up, news, and an invitation when the app is ready to try. We do this because you agreed to it (consent). You can withdraw that at any time.
Who handles your data
- Cloudflare hosts this site and stores the waitlist database.
- Resend sends our emails.
They process data on our behalf and may do so in the United States and other countries. We never sell your data or share it for advertising.
International transfers
We are based in the United States, and our providers may store or process your data in the United States and other countries. If you're in the European Economic Area, the UK, or Switzerland, we rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses (or an equivalent approved safeguard) in our providers' data processing agreements to protect your data when it is transferred.
How long we keep it
- If you never confirm your email, we delete it after 30 days.
- If you're on the waitlist, we keep your address until you unsubscribe or we tell you the waitlist is closing.
- If you unsubscribe, we keep your address on a do-not-email list so we can honor your request. If you'd rather we delete it entirely, ask us.
Your choices and rights
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. Wherever you live, you can ask us to see, correct, or delete your data, or to stop using it, by emailing info@tracture.app. We'll reply within 30 days. If you're in the EU, UK, or Switzerland, you also have the right to receive a copy of your data in a portable format, to restrict or object to its use, and to withdraw consent at any time (withdrawing doesn't affect what we did before). You can complain to your local data protection authority. We don't make automated decisions about you or sell your data.
Children
The waitlist is for adults only. To join, you tick a box confirming you're 18 or older. We can't check your age, and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone younger. If you think someone under 18 has signed up, tell us and we'll delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll update the date above and, where needed, ask for your consent again.
